The Cliff's notes version of the Membership Seminar
2. Are you constantly recognizing members?
3. Are you offering regular opportunities for members to easily serve?
4. Make our club the "service club of choice".
5. Make our Rotary meeting fun, informative and make people feel important
6. Reminders and encouragement from podium about attaining our goals.
7. Incentive for sponsoring three or more new members.
8. Membership Committee is more then 1 person, it is the whole club.
9. We miss you message to individuals missing three or more consecutive meetings.
10. "What if" What if we had so many members we had a waiting list?
11. "Imagine" How can your imagination change our Rotary Club.
12. Using the media a must...twitter...facebook and local papers We were given an outline that most newspapers will print if followed
13. Member Retention should be focal point of every plan - use the Buddy System (no Rotarian leff behind)
