PURPOSE: 
    Devote all assets exclusively to charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes including:  
  • disaster relief in response to specific disasters,
  • aid to projects that: improve health, alleviate hunger and promote human development
  • funds to aid service projects of Rotary Clubs and districts
