DESCRIPTION:Registration is $50 per seat. Clubs can reserve a table of 8 by
  having one person purchase a seat with 7 "guest" Rotarians and Spouses. P
 roximity of Table to Stage will be determined by when all 8 seats have bee
 n reserved and $400 payment is received. Payment by credit/debit card is e
 ncouraged to assure prompt receipt of payment. Clubs will be responsible f
 or accessing the Gala Event link on the website to edit members and guests
  as changes occur. If clubs do not know which 8 members and guests are att
 ending\, one registering member (table captain) can register themselves 
 and insert guest 1\, guest 2 etc up to guest 7 as the names of guests. How
 ever\, the registering member will be responsible for editing record with 
 correct names of members and guests. Clubs requiring more than one table w
 ill need to have a table captain for each additional table and that table 
 captain will register themselves and their 7 guests. Remember\, proximity 
 to stage will be determined by date each table is fully paid. For priximit
 y of table location purposes\, the payment date for a table will be determ
 ined by the date that the table captain's initial registration number is f
 ully paid for all 8 seats.
