Rotary Club members in District 5790 truly are People of Action

During this years May 18 and May 19th District Conference All Clubs Celebration, several clubs were recognized for the achievements of their members during the 2017-2018 Rotary Year. These clubs were recognized for excellence in Youth Service Programs, Vocational Service Programs, Community Service Programs, International Service Programs, Club Service Programs, Foundation participation. Membership Initiatives and Public Image practices.

Awards were given in each category according to club size Small (less 25 members), Medium (25 to 44 members) and Large (45 members or greater). To be considered for an award in each category, club leadership completed and submitted an electronic awards criteria form for each category. 36 clubs participated (17 large, 8 medium & 11 small).

To determine Club of the Year for the Small, Medium  and Large size clubs, points for each of the 8 categories were added. Club with the most points in each club size category was awarded Club of the Year honors for that category.
