The Synergy Leadership Summit is an annual leadership event with educational sessions for Foundation, Membership, and Public Image club leaders throughout Rotary District 5790. It is held to look toward the future, collaborate, and build momentum for Rotary service and growth. There are panels and engaging activities, all designed to help Rotarians understand various aspects of leadership and work to become diverse, inclusive, and innovative leaders.

In Rotary, the areas of membership, Foundation giving, and public image work together to transform Rotary clubs into powerful agents of change in their communities and around the world.
