Club Member Satisfaction Survey

An effective membership program requires the development of a plan, working the plan, adapting the plan and tweaking the plan over time to assure success of the plans outcomes. Part of planning includes understanding the current environment in order to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement. It is important that club leadership understand what club members think about their club.

This page has two options for a Club Member Satisfaction survey:

  1. Utilize the Rotary International Club Membership Survey in pdf form. To utilize this form, a member of the membership committee will need to distribute the pdf form to members. Members then complete the form and return to the membership committee. Someone on the membership committee will need to summarize the data by manually tabulating the member response results for each question. To use this form click here.

  2. Utilize the Grow Rotary! Grow Engagement! Grow Impact! Member Satisfaction Survey in Google Forms. To use this form, the membership committee person in charge of the survey will request a copy of the form with their club identity. The District 5790 Technology and Membership teams will send the link to the club member in charge of the survey. That person will distribute to their club members. The data from each members responses will be automatically tabulated. Surveyor will have access to graphical results and a spreadsheet summarizing the results. Both can easily be shared with the membership planning team. To request a Grow Rotary! Grow Engagement! Grow Impact! Member Satisfaction Survey link for their club click here.
