Each of the 8 sections of the Governor's Vibrant Club Award - 2025-2026 Club Achievement Report must be completed and clubs must have fulfilled the minimum number of items in 6 of the sections to qualify for the Governor’s  Award. The Governor's Vibrant Club Award Achievement Report must have been completed no later than 6/30/26 to qualify for the award.

Additionally, each club must complete the Rotary Club Central Goals for the club by 6/30/26 and have updated the achievement of those goals and recorded the clubs service project achievement in Rotary Club Central for the year through June 30, 2026.
